Our Post-renovation cleaning is a specialized, detailed cleaning service designed to remove construction dust, debris, and residue left behind after renovations, repairs, or remodeling. It transforms a newly renovated space from a work site into a clean, safe, move-in-ready home. We DO NOT do professional paint removal.

What’s Included in Our Post Renovation Cleaning

Our post renovation cleaning service is designed to handle all the dust in your newly renovated home. A breakdown of how we do it:

Kitchen

  • Wipe cabinet and drawer exteriors and interiors (must be empty)

  • Clean appliance exteriors (stove, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher)

  • Clean inside 1 fridge,1 microwave, and 1 oven

  • Wipe countertops and shelves

  • Wash sinks and backsplashes to a sparkle

  • Clean Kitchen Range Hood (if removable)

  • Dust surfaces and clean behind appliances (if accessible)

Bathroom 

  • Scrub bathtub and shower enclosure

  • Clean inside, outside, and behind the toilet thoroughly

  • Clean and polish mirrors, lights, sink, and countertops

  • Vacuum ceiling fan cover to remove dust

  • Sanitize light switches and door knobs

  • Empty garbage bin

  • Vacuum and mop floors for a spotless finish

  • Wipe baseboards for a dust-free look

  • Wipe vanity inside and out for a complete clean​

Bed / Living Rooms

  • Dust all surfaces 

  • Wipe window ledges

  • Wipe baseboards

  • ​Wipe light switches, and door knobs

  • Clean mirrors to a streak-free brilliance

  • Vacuum carpets and area rugs to remove dirt

  • Damp-mop hard surface floors for a spotless finish

All Areas

  • Wipe window ledges

  • Remove cobwebs if present

  • Wipe baseboards

  • Vacuum all area rugs and floors

  • Mop all floors for a spotless finish​

  • In the laundry room:   

  • Wipe the exteriors of washer and dryer

  • Clear the lint trap

  • Clean behind the washer/dryer (only if moved by the resident)
